He is a Veterinarian and Management Consultant by profession. With 5 franchises and 14 company owned outlets, the brand has made a name for itself in Bangalore. It’s now set to expand into other cities and spread its rolly-yummy-tasty mark to many other Indians.Dr. Yadu also has an extra feather to his cap in the sense that he advises the U.S. Soybean Export Council to promote soy protein in the chicken industry. He renders his services and vision to many large Chicken enterprises in South India in order to popularize its utilization and grow them in a healthy manner. Overall Dr. Yadu is engaged in the service of the food industry, be it a “back end product control” or a “front end customer value addition” – it’s addressing nutrition for India. Rolls on Wheels built a state-of the-art centralized kitchen in 7000 sq ft area, which has the capacity to cater to more than 100 outlets.
