Has a semitransparent ring around the icon symbol and as such the wallpaper comes through every icon.
One of the custom launchers is required to use this icon pack, so please download one of them [APEX, NOVA, etc.] before installing the pack.
How to apply the icons:
1. Download one of the custom launchers (Nova, Apex, ADW, Go, etc)
2. Go into settings of the launcher and set the icons to "looka". Example: in Nova go into "Nova Settings" -> "Look and feel" -> "Icon Theme" and choose "looka".
3. Select your launcher from the given list and you are set.

How to install Looka icon pack APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Looka icon pack APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
