Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★App. Will not open
1 ★This app sucks, you seem to think you know my information better than I do. Well you don't, therefore you suck.
1 ★bad word that let me either update or get into my app
1 ★don't work
5 ★good
5 ★great
3 ★ok
5 ★This is one of my favorite apps. They have had a few issues over the last year and that is to be expected as all apps have issues from time to time. The good outweighs the bad by a mile. This app if you use it day by day will show you the demand and peak time's. Saving a load of money as well always knowing what your upcoming bill will be. Going all LED bulbs in the house this app showed the less of a demand. Proving LED bulbs save big dollars over the year. Nice to be in charge with this app.
1 ★How am I suppose to use it when it doesn't recognize me?
3 ★It is hard to sign into it always takes me more than a few tries to the point I have to wait and get on my laptop to sign in
5 ★Only use it to pay my bill, saves me time, very useful.
1 ★Terrible app from a terrible company. Why don't you try actually maintaining service instead of coming up with ways to make gullible people think they are connecting with you since you never have anyone manning the phones during your constant outages.
