Realidad Aumentada:
Para comprobar el concepto de Construcción Progresiva, el usuario podrá elegir el acceso de realidad aumentada en la app, con tres tipos de viviendas: Moderato, Privato y Vanguardista.
Las tres opciones lo llevarán al ícono de Lomas del Urubó para que acceda al modelo de vivienda seleccionado. El primer modelo es la versión de vivienda más básica; el segundo modelo, presenta una vivienda medianamente más grande que la versión anterior; y finalmente, el tercer modelo, con el diseño de vivienda con mayores dimensiones espaciales del proyecto inmobiliario.
El usuario también podrá, a través de otro hipervínculo, profundizar en los espacios del diseño interior de la vivienda de su preferencia.
Tour 360 grados:
El usuario tendrá acceso al tour virtual con la pantalla o con las novedosas gafas de realidad virtual, donde podrá recorrer los distintos espacios de Lomas del Urubó, según la zona que el usuario seleccione para su observación.
Para lograr la estrecha conexión entre Lomas del Urubó y sus usuarios, se ha dispuesto de hipervínculos con comunicación directa al Departamento de Ventas, a través de diferentes canales como correo electrónico, página web, o fan page de Facebook.
