As well as common relaxing sounds and lullabies, the Baby Soother provides a variety of low frequency sounds which are designed to simulate the comfort of the womb environment. These familiar sounds have proven calming effect, can stop babies crying and help them drift off to sleep.

Choose from 13 different soothing sounds which include a hair dryer, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, white noise and ocean waves, together with the traditional lullabies. Repeat each sound for your chosen duration.
If the built in sounds do not calm your little one, you can always record your own from the application.

4 ★My baby will ONLY fall asleep & stay asleep with this app on the hairdryer setting. However, the app shuts off randomly during use which sometimes wakes the baby. I'd give this app six stars if it weren't for that glitch! The sound selection is awesome and this is one of the only white noise apps I've found that provides a timer and an option to run continuously.

5 ★Have had this for quite a while now. Use it with grandson usually the hair dryer or vacuum. Put it on an old cell phone laying around and just put it at the foot of the bed to where he cant get it, plenty loud enough. So use to the vacuum while sleeping the real one doesnt bother him sleeping...lol

2 ★Randomly shuts off when I try and do anything else with my phone. Sometimes it just shuts off for no reason, even if I have it set to play continuously. Of course when it does, it wakes my baby up due to the abrupt stopping of the white noise. Though when it does work (and it used too very well) he loves the ocean. I'm not sure if it was an update, but please fix!!!

4 ★So my puppy hates sleeping in her crate, she will cry and bark all night. So it was recommended to mimic a heartbeat with a clock to soothe her (seeing as she was used to sleeping with mom and the litter)...but this works 10 times better. It's only been 2 nights of use and so far so good!

5 ★No system issues with my download. We have used this since birth and the white noise setting always calms my now 3 month old down.

3 ★originally this was my go to app for my daughter with the vacuum recording being her lullaby. Now I can't even use it because as soon as I turn off the screen so too goes the app when before its play in the background and their are no setting options to correct this. My daughter is attracted to the tablet so I need to turn off the screen so the light doesn't detract her from sleep, but I can't if I want to play the vacuum. It was a great app, but it's an annoyance now.
