Aplikasi LangitKTV Karaoke Remote harus berada dalam satu network dengan software karaoke LangitKTV. Koneksi dapat menggunkan wifi, usb, atau bluetooth. Settingan awal LangitKTV Karaoke Remote apps membutuhkan ip addres dan port dari komputer yang menjalankan program karaoke LangitKTV. IP address dan port dapat dilihat/diset melalui menu admin pada program LangitKTV di komputer.
