1 ★This App is poorly thought through. The instructions presume knowledge. Once you get connected, the thumbnails of images on the device cannot be expanded. If you download them to Local, they then lose their image number so you can't immediately tell which is which. Images seem to open in your phone's Photos App but do not let you sequence through the downloads, requiring you to return to this App for the next photo. Generally a painful experience.
1 ★Very disappointed app is slow and freezes. Also once in a while i get a double picture in the picture with line through it. For the money spent very disappointed with this product. Ok so not any better after the reach out from Spartan cam. I sent them a message back include screenshots and have not heard a word. I will be moving to a different cam set up next you Spartan you are a joke. So disappointed in you survive waste of money.
2 ★This app could be so much better. It's supposed to send photos automatically in real time. Sometimes it doesn't. I can get 3 photos at once or 25 at once - meaning my phone will BING 25 times (and vibrate 50 times), so annoying and unnecessary. Photos are mixed into my phones camera roll, meaning I have to scroll through hundreds of photos from my spartan cams to find my own photos. App is ruined by not having custom alert tones, a bing wont wake me in the middle of the night. Do better.
5 ★I've been running these cameras for over a year now. Works better than any of other cameras I have.
1 ★Basic functionality, if it's working. It allows to download pictures via a wifi hotspot opened by the device itself. The wifi is switched on via bluetooth. But this is broken now as it ceased to connect via bluetooth. Made me sending back the hardware as well.
2 ★It is "ok" It downloads to a folder on the device. I don't want that. It also sometimes doesn't show any photos until the aps open for a few mins, then it starts downloading them, it's not a setting, does it on wifi or lte I find myself using the portal more than the app. And that's not so great.
2 ★Seems to work ok but you can't navigate very well through your photos. You try to drag to look at your next row of photos and it shoots you to the beginning of the photo roll. Very irritating. Otherwise its ok
2 ★BUGS: having issues with image display. on my S10+ many thumb-nails when selected display black, not the image. also the images appear to automatically be stored on my device, but I'm not asking to save them. these are two serious issues that need to be fixed....
1 ★Wish I would have invested in a different platform. Photos are delayed and sometimes app won't even open but u better believe the monthly draft out of my account is right on time every month. They get theirs, I get a faulty app.
3 ★ive read one comment that has same problem as me. i have a s10e that automatically saves photos to my storage and it saves all of them. ive asked once and you guys said turn off auto Download but that didnt work. fix this bug please its really annoying.
1 ★Very bad. Will not allow me to log in on my cell phone. Can get in using that exact password on laptop. Cust Service would be horrible if it existed at all. You cannot get in touch with them...just a garbage phone loop recording.
