For WoW, just set the broadcast address to be the remote IP address of the device. This may require some extra setup on the remote network to make sure that the wakeup packets actually arrive on the remote device.
If you're trying to wake up a device that is connected via WiFi it may not work, there's not many WiFi cards that support the WOL standard. WOL works best via an ethernet connection. Some devices such as laptops may not support WOL very well or at all. Some might only work when they are in sleep mode, and others might allow you to turn it on when it is powered off.

Photos/Media/Files/USB Storage - This is used for reading/writing CSV files to your internal storage so that you can copy your list of devices to other devices easily.
Network/WiFi - This is so that the app can actually send the magic packets to wake up your devices. It is also used in the network search screen and for pinging devices to see if they are online.

Translation updateThank you to everybody who takes the time to translate the app! Your efforts are very much appreciated. This version is just an update of the translations submitted. There are also 7 new languages that have been mostly been translated so I've added them into the app :)
There were a few weird things some people did and I think I've caught and reverted them all. If I did miss any please feel free to correct it and contact me via email so I can update it asap. Thanks everybody!
How to install Wake On Lan APK on Android phone or tablet?
Download Wake On Lan APK file from ApkClean, then follow these steps:
Update Phone Settings
- Go to your phone Settings page
- Tap Security or Applications (varies with device)
- Check the Unknown Sources box
- Confirm with OK
Go to Downloads
- Open Downloads on your device by going to My Files or Files

5 ★Flexible enough for all of my needs. Great little app.
4 ★This app is what it says on the tin. It does what it means to and it stays out of the way the rest of the time. If only every other app on the Play Store was like this. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars is because I want the developer to add Smart Home Smart speaker support. The fifth star is my carrot.
5 ★Can't complain It's ad-less. It's bloat-free. It does what it does. I've been using this for almost a year until recently I need a more powerful network debugging tool and it also has WoL built-in. If I ever live again I will definitely download your app again. Thanks for your contribution, author.
5 ★excellent WOL app. allows for putting devices into groups and waking an entire group at once. customization of the status check to determine if a device is active. widget can be created for a single device or group. best of all, it integrates perfectly with Tasker for IFTTT support.
4 ★Worsks great! As long as you enable WOL on your router and make the several required Windows options related to WOL is set, then your good. I chose this app over most others due to its simplicity and decent modern design. One quark, I rather click to choose a pc and then click the wake but. I think click a pc in the list automatically starts the pc. You slip and click a pc you don't intend to now you have to shut down a pc you didn't want to wake. And lastly dark mode!!! 😁
5 ★Does exactly as advertised. No ads!! Using on home network without problems. It can't "see" or find devices that don't have a name. Router can show all devices connected, so you might have to manually add a device in.
5 ★For those giving a low rating, please try to educate yourselves what this is and how it works. This isn't "Magic". You have to enable WOL functions in your Computer's BIOS first. Make sure S3 sleep function is enabled at least. MOST (NOT ALL) BIOSes will allow Wake feature under power or hardware settings PM function. AFTER BIOS steps, enable Wake function in your OS network advanced settings. I only get 500 word limit. Pls use your brains. Free useful app and people complain. SAD!
5 ★Earlier I gave this app only 2 stars due to inconsistent work. But as it turned out I must put broadcast address .255 and now it works all the time. If anyone encountered above issue and your interface is configured with WOL and OS has it enabled do check broadcast option. Thank you developer.
4 ★Do what it is supposed to plus I like the 'category' setup and the fact I can wake up a bunch of machine using the category. Next I'd like a dark theme.
2 ★useless. it only shows which devices are up and which are down. tapping on them pops up "the device is woken" but in fact it is still off. I think it des send the magic packet but fails to prepare a correct feedback according to the situation. In my case, for example, it should have said " can't wake up the device" while the red indicator shows the device is still off, it wrongly issues the message " device woken"
5 ★Please, add an option to send multiple wol packets (like youtube cast wol does), some devices don't catch every packet, so I need to press the button several times. Actually this might be the default behavior, since additional packets will not hurt devices anyway.
5 ★The app is great.. 5 stars :) the only problem is the widget is not updating the online status, until i open the app.. please fix
