5 ★Easier than the website to use.

2 ★Limited to only purchasing. No way to contact customer service or check shipping status. Whether it be back ordered items or tracking numbers. Basically all you can do is pick what you want to buy and hope for the best.

2 ★Love modere but the experience is very disrupted by the app not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled but I cannot load any products. I can't expect my customers to happily use my products if they can't easily order them. Please fix bug asap. Appreciate it.

1 ★Every time I try to look at products they won't load. The only fix is to uninstall it and reinstall and sign in again. Very frustrating app. I am already sick of having to uninstall it. Android user please fix it.

1 ★Every time you add to or change the smart ship, the app alters your shipping date to the next month. Forget trying to use credits (even if you select apply, they won't apply) or update info, it won't let you.i end up having to call every single time! Such a hassle!

1 ★A terrible web site. I am in Australia, not EU ! Why the hell is there no Australian web site to have an Australian content. This irks me . I cannot put any lower that 1 star, so I will write it as half a star. Not happy.

3 ★The app is convient, but at times confusing since it does not update the same as if you were on the website. So advisors are sending instructions and it is not translating properly for the app users, and causes frustration and confusion.

1 ★I did not get smart ship for 4 months, emailed, texted, no results. It says my cc is declined. I use this card every day. Only at modere it's declined. I don't know what is wrong with this company.

2 ★Clocking forever! Couldn't get info on product! Also couldn't get paypal to connect. I started an order then it just vanished had to start over!! Just not user friendly!
