If you want request some icons for my theme - simply install DCikonZ Request App.This app collect activities of all installed apps in your phone and put it in e-mail form that you can send to me.
You may edit this e-mail if you don't want to send all 'activities', but please don't delete preinstaled system apps like camera or messaging if you don't have it themed by my icons packs.
