About Delete Old Files APK
Table Of Contents
Description
Use this very simple app to specify the path of a folder to keep clean, specify for how many days to keep the files and this simple app will run at 5:00 am every day and clean up this folder from old files. It does not traverse into sub folders and it does not delete folders. Make sure you provide a correct folder path so that you accidentally don't delete important files.Files are checked using the "Last modified" metadata so if a file is constantly being updated, it won't be deleted. The app shows a log of recent activity which includes files that were recently deleted.
Potential uses for this app:
- Downloads folder - you probably already forgot what you have downloaded 2 weeks ago so why to keep these files around?
- Folder with log or temp files generated by some other app - you might want to keep only recent logs but logs from a week ago might be irrelevant
- A folder in which you store surveillance photos/videos generated by a surveillance app or uploaded using FTP server by an IP camera that would quickly fill up your device storage capacity otherwise
- If you found use of this app for any other type of folder content trimming, share it with us in the comments

Questions & Answers
Q: What is an APK File?
A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.
Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?
A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.
Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?
A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.
Q: What are Android App permissions?
A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.
