Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

3 ★This seems like it could be a great app but right of the mark I'm having problems. There are no cameras in the database. Is there something I'm missing or is this a bug? I'm looking forward to getting some feedback. Thanks. Galaxy Note 4 running Android 5.1.1
2 ★Features involving camera+exif do not work on stock Android 6.0.1. I am running stock on Nexus 6. And no cameras or sensors are listed.
3 ★App running on ZTE Z970 running Android KitKat (4.4.4). I can't find any listing of cameras and/or lens. I've noted that some users seem to get the lens and camera database and many others don't.
1 ★Crashes repeatedly upon trying to launch golden hours which is the reason why I installed the app.
1 ★Used to work, now no cameras or lenses. Useless.
2 ★It was good for a while but unfortunately I can no longer see any Cameras in the database. Android 4.4.2 and Samsung S5 and Phototools 6.7
1 ★Looks like it should be good. No cameras or lenses to choose from, so it is pretty well non-functional.
1 ★Just downloaded and reinstalled app several times. There are no cameras in the list to chose from.
1 ★Updated from old version, now even exit reader does not work. Remove!
3 ★there's no camera or lenses in the list now, worked perfectly previously.
1 ★Crashes right at the beginning. Never was able to start, let alone run it.
1 ★Cannot add cameras or lenses so none of the calculations work.
