HomePost — это приложение для Пунктов выдачи заказов (ПВЗ), которое позволяет полностью управлять процессами приема, выдачи и возврата посылок клиентов АО «Казпочта».С помощью приложения можно фиксировать доход от выданных посылок, что позволяет ПВЗ эффективно отслеживать ожидаемый доход в рамках сотрудничества.
Функции приложения:
Работа с партиями: Удобная система управления позволяет отмечать прибытие партии, принимать посылки, отслеживать их статус и завершать обработку партии после выполнения всех операций.
Прием и выдача посылок: Приложение позволяет принимать и выдавать посылки поштучно с возможностью отслеживания их веса. После каждой операции статус посылки обновляется автоматически. В случае дефекта, статус можно зафиксировать как “с дефектом”.
Управление доходом: Во вкладке «Доход» отображается сумма дохода за выданных посылок, а история операций позволяет отслеживать ежедневный заработок.
Настройки и безопасность: HomePost поддерживает вход с персональным логином и паролем для каждого ПВЗ, обеспечивая защиту данных. Пользователь может выбрать язык интерфейса и просматривать адрес своего склада.
