Description
Request UNC is an app that is intended for use by emergency first responders and hospitals. An authorized user can instantly submit a request for patient transport to one of our highly trained Air Medical Telecommunicators. The app creates a simplified process for dispatch with real-time tracking. When authorized first responders submit a request using Request UNC, the authorized user will see the call being processed by UNC Carolina Air Care’s Communication Center. Once the asset is enroute, the user will be able to track the asset in real time. When authorized hospital personnel submit a request using Request UNC, the authorized user will log into Request UNC app (web or device) to submit a request for patient transport. Once the asset is enroute, the user will be able to track the asset in real time.Additional Functions of the app include:
