Il progetto è attivo in tutti i Comuni della Città Metropolitana di Messina ed è realizzato dalla Cooperativa Medihospes e dal Comune di Messina, con il supporto dell’Assessorato Regionale della Famiglia, delle Politiche Sociali e del Lavoro ed i fondi del PON Inclusione (Più Su.Pre.Me). Sono partner del progetto anche le Aziende Ospedaliere, le Case Circondariali ed il Centro per l’Impiego di Messina.
