Description

ADD user App helps users in the trial of cosmetic products by providing following features:

1.Diary Card: The user will land on this page after the first successful login. Initially the page comes as 'Relax... No product application planned'. On the bottom right corner of the screen there is a 'refresh' icon that the user needs to tap to view the diaries. If the Diaries are still not delivered, then switch between the screens from Hamburger Menu and come back to the Diary-Card screen. On the Diary-Card screen, the user will see a card with the label 'Log Pending Diary' and a count adjacent to it. On tapping this, the user can fill Pending Diaries. After filling the diary, user will land on the Diary Card main screen with a hyperlink at the bottom of the screen labelled as 'View submitted diaries'. On tapping the hyperlink, a screen with the list of submitted diaries appears. These contain the details submitted by the user except the vide. The overall score on the Diary Card main screen changes if the user submits the Diary within a particular window.

2.Feedback: In this module, the user can submit their feedback about App usability by tapping on the 'downward arrow' icon appearing on the feedback card. A set of questionnaire with the name 'Subject Feedback Survey' appears. The user can answer the underlying 7 questions and finally submit their feedback.

3.Visit-Card: User can view the scheduled visits in this modules in two ways -
i. LIST VIEW: On tapping this the user will see 3 buttons as a)UPCOMING: This contains today's and upcoming visits. The user can click on one of the upcoming visits and raise a request for rescheduling by tapping on 'RESCHEDULE' button appearing at the bottom of the screen. b)COMPLETED- This contains the list of completed visit which is 'ScreeningVisit'. The user will get a chance to upload their Selfies by tapping on the 'Capture Selfie' button. c)VIEW ALL: This contains cumulative set of visits (Upcoming + Completed).
ii. CALENDAR VIEW: On tapping this the user will see the visits on the respective dates. A '.' present just below the date indicates that on that date a visit is planned. When the user, selects a date with a '.', on the panel below they can see a Visit falling on that date.

4.Self Assessment: This module have questionnaire about the users. The questionnaires will appear after data comes in Diary Card module or after clicking refresh icon in diary card module.

5.Adverse Event: Using this the user can submit the effects of product application.

6.Compare Images: This module helps user to compare selfies. If no selfies are present for comparison, a popup will be shown to inform user "Please first submit the selfies through Visit-Card module for comparison" else Compare Images screen will load. In Compare Images screen, choose visit and selfie from top and bottom section to enable the compare button.

7.Opt Out :This module is used to notify the site user of user's intention to quite product application. Once the user taps on this an email is sent to the site user notifying them of user's willingness to withdraw from product application.

8.Privacy Policy: In this module, Privacy Policy is available for the user to read anytime.

9.Log Out: Using this feature the user can log out from the App and would be requested to enter PIN on next time login.
Settings: user can change notification sound and enable/disable use of biometric using this module.

Hamburger Menu - All above modules are accessible from Hamburger menu.

Notification Icon: On clicking notification icon, user can see various event specific notifications.

Note: On the first time login, user lands on the 'Welcome Notification' Page. Tapping the notification will expand it. User to tap on the 'back' button of the device to open the main menu.
