• possibilità di aprire una richiesta di assistenza tecnica (ticket) allegando foto, immagini e/o video, registrazione vocale;
• visibilità dei ticket chiusi e aperti;
• elenco attrezzature in carico a For.B.a.r. S.r.l. per l’assistenza tecnica.
La App For.B.a.r. per il personale tecnico prevede:
• visibilità di tutti gli interventi assegnati e di quelli aperti e non ancora assegnati al personale tecnico;
• possibilità di avere la scheda del cliente con: dati cliente, attrezzature installate, storico interventi per attrezzatura;
• chiusura dell’intervento con la firma del cliente ed invio a quest’ultimo del documento via mail o whatsapp;
