Description
NTTドコモが提供するサービス「あんしん遠隔サポート」または「ネットトータルサポート」をご利用いただくためのアプリです。このアプリによりサポートセンターに接続することで、オペレーターがお客様のスマホ画面を遠隔より確認または操作しながら、スマホの操作や設定をサポートいたします。
あんしん遠隔サポートを Google Pixel 端末でご利用のお客様は、こちらのアプリをインストールしてお使いください。
このアプリは、お客様の端末に対し、オペレーターが遠隔から画面スクロール、画面遷移、ボタンタップ、又は画面への描画などの操作（オペレーターがお客さまに代わって操作・設定すること）を可能にするために、アプリご利用時にユーザー補助（Accessibility API）機能を利用します。
当該機能を有効にするには、アプリご利用時に表示される案内に従い、お客様の操作によりユーザー補助機能を有効化（ON）して頂く必要があります。
ユーザー補助機能を使用して得られたデータは、このアプリでのオペレーターによるお客様へのサポートにのみ使用します。
【ご利用の流れ】
①専用電話番号（無料）へお電話ください
（電話機能を搭載している端末では、このアプリで「電話で問い合わせる」を選択することで専用電話番号（無料）へ発信することも可能です）
②オペレーターの案内に従って、このアプリを起動してください
③アプリケーションプライバシーポリシー及びソフトウェア使用許諾書とご利用時の注意事項をご確認いただき、「同意する」にチェックを入れ「使用開始」を選択してください（初回のみ）
④その他、ご利用にあたって必要となる同意事項についてオペレーターより説明をお聞きになり、同意および設定してください
⑤オペレーターから案内された6桁の接続番号を入力し、「開始」を選択してください
⑥「遠隔サポートで録画やキャストを開始しますか？」と（お客様画面をオペレーターに転送するための確認画面が）表示されますので、「今すぐ開始」を選択してください
⑦接続が完了すると画面右下に「遠隔サポート中」と表示され、遠隔サポートができる状態になります

・「あんしん遠隔サポート」および「ネットトータルサポート」はお申込みが必要な有料サービスです。
・「あんしん遠隔サポート」および「ネットトータルサポート」のご利用（アプリバージョンアップを含む）には別途パケット通信料がかかります。
・このアプリは次の条件では利用できません。
- 日本国外でご利用の場合
- 機内モードまたは圏外の場合
