本公司於1996 開始生產NC旋轉工作台，初期與工研院技術合作開發相關產品與重要零組件，在NC旋轉工作台已有十幾年的經驗，在這段期間，已經開發數十種NC旋轉工作台（NC ROTARY TABLE)及NC 分度盤（NC INDEXING TABLE)，在業界及客戶中獲得極高的評價。在2005年，開始量產雙軸NC旋轉工作台（俗稱四、五軸），目前也已銷售到世界各地，獲得歐美國家的肯定。五軸加工是未來的趨勢，世界先進國家，為了節省工時或提高加工的精度（一次多角度加工），紛紛採用五軸加工，或是在原有的三軸加工中心機上，加裝雙軸NC旋轉工作台。
直接傳動馬達（DD MOTOR）或扭力馬達（TOURQUE MOTOR)，它與線性馬達一樣，具有高速、高精度、無背隙、乾淨等優點，是未來機器傳動的趨勢，本公司因此特於2008年末，積極研發DD 馬達的旋轉工作台，作為CNC機器的第四軸或第五軸，此次研發並與精密機械發展中心（PMC）合作，預計於2009 TIMTOF 台北工具機展展出一台雙軸的NC旋轉工作台，此NC旋轉工作台採用歐洲進口的DD 馬達及編碼器，搭配海德漢的控制器，預留冷卻迴路，期使DD 馬達能有最大的扭力輸出，並將DD 馬達的特性發揮到極致。
目前市面上的DD 馬達型之旋轉工作台，都是搭配原廠的控制器，當做第四軸或第五軸，但因控制技術層面較高，所以都是必須都配高階的的控制器，如海德漢，西門子或FANUC的31iM ,三菱的M70等控制器，所以相對的，成本也較高。因此，本公司自行開發一型外置式控制器，可與舊型的控制器或低階的CNC控制器互相連接，達到〝舊的CNC控制器也能裝DD馬達〞的訴求。
此型控制器，可以控制DD馬達旋轉任意角度，可以到0.001度，搭配精密或中階的編碼器，客戶可以依需求選擇所要的精度，如±5 秒，±15秒，±30秒，作多角度或多面加工， 因DD 馬達有高速，無背隙的特性，再搭配適合的編碼器，就可以選擇一台適合、穩定、少故障的NC旋轉工作台。客戶的控制器，只要擁有M碼的功能，均能使用。
