Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

1 ★Had to reset my password, let's me log in once I've done so but after I've logged out, when I next try to login it tells me my login or password are incorrect. My wife has had the same issue for as long as she's been using the app. Anyone else been having this issue? To the app developer, any ideas so I don't have to reset my password every single time I have to use the app?
3 ★Works as expected, but why can't it have the option to save password or use the security my phone already as (like most other apps these days) such as my finger print. Even my Banking apps are more usable in that respect. I am using the website via a bookmark rather than the app, as at least I can save the password that way.
5 ★This app does have it's downfalls sometimes, for example giving notifications for work that isn't there or even just not loading. However, it is a very useful app for keeping up to date with how I'm doing at school. To everyone who has rated this 1 star, there's no point in not doing work. If we're off for 6months we'd lose so much learning...
1 ★Always slow, and requires an absurd device orientation all the time, if you flip the screen it tells you to flip back. Slow and a little laggy. Logs you out if you spend more than 5 minutes inactive.
1 ★Really need assistance. Can't login on the app or any browser (pressing 'login' just does nothing). Tried a password reset 3 times, but again the password reset links do not confirm when 'login' is pressed after the new password is entered in the two fields. Just remain stuck on the password reset page.
1 ★Both my son and I prefer the old way of writing it down. This is much too colourful, and complicated, and horribly slow. The layout is confusing also. Won't even let me open, sometimes!
1 ★It was fine but for the last year I constantly have to reset my password every time I want to log in, i reported it they took my details but never responded so clearly they don't care, school cant help so app is useless to me now and schools reliance on it for parents evening bookings etc means I probably won't be able to book anything in time to secure appointments. Hope school gets shut of it soon.
5 ★I have read alot of people's reviews and they were talking about how they have to sign in each time, but all you have to do is press the button -'remember me' and it will save. Additionally, the app coukd be laggy because of your internet connection. As me and my mum both have school accounts they they are normally really laggy when we use mobile data. So hopes this helps. And in conclusion, the app is great and helps me with school. :)
2 ★Great concept and works well for the school - works less well for parents. I do not need a PUSH notification every time a piece of homework is assigned (2 kids at the school so 10-20 notifications per day) and there is no way to change / disable. I can (via Android) turn off all messages but then I might miss something important. Poor implementation.
3 ★Looks like it has potential , it seems a little light on info (which is probably the school not providing the data so cant blame the app) and i get an error on one of the links. Work in progress but a good start.
2 ★Not well executed app. Back button handling is erratic and often logs me out instead of going to the previous page. Also it's painful having to log in each time. App just generally feels under-developed and seemingly not tested at all.
2 ★Cons: There are no details available when a child is given behaviour points such as what lesson, what teacher, details of the behaviour. Total waste of a resource that could be useful to parents. Children don't even know why they have points sometimes, and without having the relevant information you can't jog their memory. Teachers could be giving points to the wrong child! Pros: Good layout, good for homework, good for achievement points and good messaging service.
