1 ★I have to keep uninstalling then reinstalling the app every few days. I don't know why you guys added a face recognition feature when the app itself barely works.

Make you wonder who runs this sham and where info goes.AGaiN , ONCE a WEeK YOU HAVE TO UNINSTAll AND RE-instAll this horrible app. WHY CAN'T YOU FIX THAT??? IT JUST FREEZES WITH CERO DATA SHOWING. 2x sometimes 3x a week this junk app failed with an error....how many notices do you require??again again again terrible

1 ★This app is awful! It just takes forever loading the pages. I do not have access to my child's gradebook as advertised. I click full portal and it the page never loads. I've tried finding a regular web page to log into and can't. Still no better! I have to uninstall and reinstall this app every time I want to check my child's grades. Can't even log in now! Still doing all the same things. I have to uninstall and reinstall the app every time I want to use it. Developers are you listening?

1 ★What is heck is going on!? With what our districts are paying to use this software and the applications during distance learning we should NOT be having these issues! Ever since you guys did your update NO ONE is able to use the app and we have been instructed by the district to use the full portal. This is unacceptable. Get your act together! Many of the parents in our district are already petitioning to using something else because it has been a nightmare trying to get y'all to just work...

1 ★Very bad quality. Might as well just use the website. Sometimes it works but most of the time it doesn't. And I know it isn't MY connection. Whenever it didn't work I would have to delete and reinstall it. And most of the time it wouldn't work, and when it did only for like a couppe of days.

1 ★Just all around annoying to deal with I mean I use it to check a lot of things yet it doesn't work half the time and after about a week of using the app it just stops working and nothing will load which then means I have to uninstall and then reinstall which is so annoying. Other than that there is nothing I can really say that hasn't already been said.

2 ★Every time I go to open the app, it redirects me to change my password. Every. Single. Time. It's annoying and tedious and I just want to be able to check my grades quickly. Otherwise, as a student, I find it okay and functional, but the whole password thing is really annoying.
