1 ★no English version. one star.
1 ★No support of english language because of technical reason, I would give minus star if it's available, as it is missing very basic things in application, worst application, I am surprised to see that play doesn't have budget to build or change the application to support english language, see lots of review for english language and they don't have Budget to rebuild or change the application, so how they can have budget to have support customer problems, worst application of my life,
1 ★Why there's no English version, i don't speak polish,,,,
1 ★No option for language selection With Play being the largest carrier in Poland, one would expect support for the many foreigners that visit or live in Poland, by having at least a few major language options, such as English
1 ★I've tried multiple times to use this app but it's horrible. After sign up no password is sent to my email address. I keep sending password reset links but nothing works. I have done this 5 times but each time I get an error. Log in is impossible and I am frustrated. Also, please add an English interface for your foreign clients who are still learning Polish. Worst app ever.
2 ★I wish the application was available in English too
1 ★Worst app ever. Looks promising yet for "full" features you need to validate with email. After activation, no password is set nor sent to the mail account . Login with number doesn't function and after sending 10 password reset mails I give up. The link sadly doesn't work as the app gives an error. Login is now IMPOSSIBLE... Password reset doesn't even work using computer!
3 ★We need English language for non Polish citizens
1 ★After the update, I am no longer able to manage all the numbers I have signed up for. The app was suggesting to contact customer service, which a) is a paid service b) deleted my play24 account as an attempt to fix c) confirmed the app has a bug that breaks the feature for some users. Had to downgrade the app manually; will never upgrade it. You can not ship software like this in 2020, it's a disgrace for such a big company.
1 ★Worst service of my life. It's not available in English, the internet quality is quite bad and meanwhile it's supposed to be unlimited (one of the options) it is not, I reached the limit and the internet was cut completly, without allowing me to make any call or send a text message. So I ended completly unncomunicated until I managed to charge money in the the damn app through WiFi that someone shared with me
1 ★There is no English language support. It's been a three years :) and they say always lie. "Cuz of tech issues we have only polish." Maybe there are 2 reasons of that, 1st they don't like to serve to foreign people, 2nd they don't have enough budget to add second or more language to the app. I can't find any reasonable explanation for this. :) Thanks for reading this and keeping say lie to people about technical issues. At least you could be honest company. Say we will never add any other lang.
