Cette application gratuite accompagne le livre de Frédéric Maxant "Plongée Subaquatique - Gestion et optimisation des apprentissages" et permet à l'utilisateur de gérer sa fréquence cardiaque.Développé par le Dr Servan-Schreiber la cohérence cardiaque est utilisée dans un but médical pour traiter certaines pathologies cardiaques, mais s’étend au traitement d’ordre émotionnel lié au dysfonctionnement du SNA (dépression, anxiété). Le but étant que, par une méthode simple et applicable par tous, on puisse agir sur nos émotions. La méthode est depuis utilisée par de nombreux coachs sportifs et préparateurs mentaux.
Les connaissances que nous avons développées ont montré que la régulation cardiaque par définition est une fonction qui échappe à notre volonté. Cela entre donc en contradiction avec la notion de régulation consciente. L’idée est de contourner le problème en utilisant la respiration et plus précisément le baroréflexe.
Dans le fascicule, l'auteur propose au moniteur de plongée en activité, ou en devenir, des solutions simples et novatrices, déjà testées et appliquées dans de nombreux domaines et ayant pour unique but d’optimiser l’apprentissage.
Moniteur de plongée professionnel, Frédéric Maxant crée en 1993 sa structure "Plongée Carnon". Parallèlement, depuis 15 ans, il est fortement impliqué dans la formation et la certification des BEES 1 et désormais des DEJEPS, option plongée du Creps de Montpellier. Il est également l’auteur de deux ouvrages de photographies, "Thau, oasis de vie" et "Hérault, coulisse d’un fleuve", éditions Biotope.
