4 ★Everyone having a problem connecting to the frame from their phones just have to temporarily turn off cell data in their phone settings. Connect to the frame, do what you want to do, then toggle cell data back on. The app gets confused between your local network and the cell network. OK?

1 ★Frame is great, app is terrible which is as important as the frame. For the amount of money of these frames the app should be seamless and WORK. I had a Hard time originally connecting via app and had to do so from the computer. After connecting, I was able to use the app but 1 day later the app can't connect to frame again even though on the same network. Definitely a deal breaker.. They need to update the app ASAP as this frame is not usable and can't be recommended

1 ★Same complaint as everyone else. I can't communicate with my frame because my laptop and/or my picture frame thinks they are on different networks. Technical support is a joke. No help whatsoever. Nice frame, beautiful picture, but poor technology.

2 ★Worked well initially but now app thinks my mobile phone and frame aren't on the same network and only allows could access which blocks access to any of the frame settings! Rebooted phone and network - no help.

5 ★It does everything I need. Memento full resolution photos upload quickly. I did not find it slow. I do look forward to future updates. Everyone loves this frame.

3 ★The app works in each way they promise, but it is clunky and slow. Works well for quick adjustments to the picture color and contrast, but very slow to upload photos. I suggest uploading photos using the desktop app. I have experienced some freezing during photo uploads using this app. For the price and quality of the frame I would expect a more seamless app experience. Going forward I would love to see some sort of subscription cloud service so the frame can be updated with photos remotely.

4 ★The UI needs polish, but the app gets the job done.
