Η εφαρμογή Campus Safety αποτελεί την υπηρεσία Αναφοράς Επειγόντων Περιστατικών που παρέχεται στην ακαδημαϊκή κοινότητα του ΑΠΘ εντός του χώρου της πανεπιστημιούπολης. Στόχος της υπηρεσίας είναι να δοθεί η δυνατότητα στα μέλη της Πανεπιστημιακής Κοινότητας να μπορούν να κοινοποιήσουν άμεσα στην Υπηρεσία Φύλαξης ένα έκτακτο περιστατικό (παράνομης δραστηριότητας, περιστατικό υγείας, καταστροφή σε υλικοτεχνικές υποδομές του Ιδρύματος). Η υπηρεσία δεν υποκαθιστά την επικοινωνία με τις τοπικές υπηρεσίες έκτακτης ανάγκης (Αστυνομία, ΕΚΑΒ, Πυροσβεστική) που λειτουργούν επί 24ώρου βάσεως ή τον Ευρωπαϊκό αριθμός κλήσης έκτακτης ανάγκης «112». Λειτουργεί συμπληρωματικά με τις υπηρεσίες αυτές ώστε η Υπηρεσία Φύλαξης του ΑΠΘ που λειτουργεί επίσης επί 24ώρου βάσεως στο Κτίριο Διοίκησης να λάβει άμεσα γνώση και να προβεί στις προβλεπόμενες ενέργειες.Latest updates
