本工具共有兩個主要功能，一為「路燈換裝維護」，另一個為「路燈佈局圖管理」。
路燈換裝維護功能為列出所有專案內的路燈項，安裝人員可在路燈項列表裡選擇欲建立或修改的路燈項進行諸如拍照，藍牙控制器二維碼的掃描與燈桿位置定位等操作。
路燈佈局圖管理可根據篩選條件，在地圖上標示所有定位的燈桿，安裝人員可進行路燈拓撲佈局的整體檢視，並可針對地圖上所有的燈桿標示進行微調。
