O Bib Inventário é um aplicativo destinado a servidores da UFRN, criado para facilitar e otimizar o levantamento do inventário na biblioteca.O app conta com uma tela de perfil do usuário, e uma tela contendo a lista de inventários.
Na lista de inventários é possível selecionar o tipo de coleção e a classe desejada para efetuar o cadastro do livro.
Para o levantamento do inventário o app disponibiliza duas formas de cadastramento do livro:
- Inserir código: digitar manualmente o código de barras do item a ser cadastrado
- Capturar: escanear o código de barras o mesmo
Com acesso a internet, o cadastro dos itens ocorre rapidamente, porém, na ausência de conexão é criada uma lista com os itens pendentes para que sejam cadastrados posteriormente, bem como para facilitar o controle de possíveis erros no levantamento.
