1 ★Hughesnet is not what it's cracked up to be. they tell you that they are going to charge you one price for the Internet service and equipment rental and when you get the bill it's twice as high as they first quoted. they claim they offer 5g service it's actually more like 2g. I have Metro by T-Mobile as my cell phone service and it is 3 times faster than hughesnet ever thought about being. don't waste your time.

1 ★have literally had nothing but issues, unresolved problems, "fixed" issues, and horrible customer service. overpriced, charged for things that are "included." would not give a star if possible. the big thing that bothers me, is that they say "up too speeds of 200mbps." then why is it that I'm lucky to maybe hit 80-90mbps and still takes 5 hours to update a game. I COULD GO ON.

1 ★The app don't work, customer service sucks, and nobody helps you right. You can't pay your bill sometimes. And your always being told to pay when you already did. On top of all that the don't have accurate communication!! I didn't have service from 30 days and I still had to pay for unused/unavailable service!

1 ★Can not get to my bil to see what they are charging me and I am the one that asked for home phone and now I want to cancel the phone and they want to charge me for doing so That is not right lam the one that asked for it. You don't have to have phone service to get the wifi Don't like this deal at all

1 ★Worst internet ever!!! Even on the best plan they have 200gb isn't enough to last through the month and it cost 100 bucks. You use to get 25 extra gb for 25 dollars and now it's 75!!!!! Do not use this company they will rip you off. Take your data so you are force to buy more. It's a scam.
