1 ★Laggy, slow to retrieve products both on app and site. When you add over 100 items the cart timeouts when loading(on app and site)🤷🏿‍♂️ so it's best to go in store

1 ★Bad customer service and delivery takes forever, if I knew I wouldn't have ordered things from makro they offer the worst service ever. They said delivery takes 2 to 5 days but it's been 7 days now and they are not communicating.

On my second order I received an email that the order has been delivered that time I didn't receive it, clearly they delivered on the wrong address. Very disappointing

I bought 8. noodles that were out of stock. got an email that said they want to refund the money.they can send me a voucher to my phone, but I can't use it online only at a store. Still waiting for it. There is no store near me.That's why I bought online. Or I can give a lot of information so they can pay it back to my account. So getting refunded is a problem. Think 2 before buying

1 ★I ordered items online. The message said it will be delivered in 2-5 working days. The delivery guy pitched the next day without any notice or message and got all upset because nobody was home to receive the order. He kept phoning 13 times! The day after that, again with no notice, message or pre-warning, another delivery guy rocked up, but only with half the order. I called the customer service, they said their system pick it up as returned and that I will only be refunded in 7-10days??!!
