This application allows you to report air quality concerns such as odors, dust, asbestos, smoke, and others directly to the San Diego County Air Pollution Control District. The District’s Complaints Program investigates each concern submitted to verify compliance with air quality regulations within the District’s jurisdiction within 48 hours or less.
