Приложение «Мобильный КПТС» создано для участников Порядка обращения с отходами строительства и сноса в городе Москве. Разработка позволяет указывать маршрут от начала до конца движения транспортного средства, разрешение на перемещение отходов строительства и сноса, а также вид перевозимого отхода.При регистрации пользователь подтверждает электронную почту. Это нужно для того, чтобы идентифицировать пользователя, осуществляющего вход в приложение.
Чтобы у пользователя не было возможности указать некорректные данные касательно транспортного средства и вида отхода, который оно транспортирует, приложение запрашивает ряд фотографий, например: фотографию номера государственного регистрационного знака и фотографию заполненного кузова.
Все данные, которые пользователь передает приложению, хранятся в защищенном виде на серверах Департамента информационных технологий города Москвы.
