Description
The Bizkaibizi app is a tool to sign up and use the bike service. Here, you can access the information you will need to complete journeys with electric bikes between the towns of Barakaldo, Berango, Bilbao, Erandio, Getxo, Leioa, Portugalete, Santurtzi, and Sestao.You can check the status of each station, the bikes available, each of their battery charge levels, and even reserve a bike that you plan to use within 15 minutes of reserving.
Using this app, you can scan the bike’s QR code at the station and it will be unlocked once confirmed so you can start your journey.
You will need to report any issues you have observed with the bike by using a graphic that lets you select the affected part of the bike.
Also, you will be able to access your account and have all the information about your activity using the service at any time.
