L’APP nasce da un progetto promosso dalla Stazione Zoologica Anton Dohrn nell’ambito Misura 1.26 WP2 FEAMP CAMPANIA 2014-2020 con l’obiettivo di predisporre nuovi modelli di commercializzazione del prodotto ittico di qualità per le imprese di pesca locale che prevede la vendita diretta ai centri di distribuzione all’ingrosso e/o ai dettaglianti con l’utilizzo di tecnologie innovative digitali e del web.Nello specifico il progetto ZEROMIGLIA BLU consente un collegamento diretto tra le imprese di pesca e il commercio all’ingrosso e al dettaglio (centri di distribuzione, pescherie, GDO, etc) e la Ristorazione/Catering.
Attraverso l’applicazione le imbarcazioni, dopo la registrazione ed accettazione da parte del gestore, potranno inserire e modificare in tempo reale la tipologia e la quantità del pescato disponibile, le foto del prodotto e la data in cui è stato pescato: queste informazioni saranno raggruppate per lotti e rese disponibili all’interno della Vetrina Prodotti.
L’utente interessato al lotto potrà inviare una proposta di acquisto e provvedere al pagamento successivamente direttamente al produttore/centro distribuzione, specificando le modalità di consegna del prodotto, tutto esclusivamente per via telematica.
