這是一個可以24小時提供全台高速公路、快速道路與省道路況的交通資訊系統。幸福公鹿將會是您最稱職、貼心的領航員，隨時通知您所在位置或前方最新的路況，它的特色：交控中心隨時收集路況(事故、事件、壅塞等)，即時標註於App的地圖上，當您行經該地，幸福公鹿即會提醒您前方路況資訊，無縫隙提供路況資訊。
個人化、適地性的資訊服務，只提供您當地、當時所需要的路況，讓您不會被龐大無關的路況淹沒、打擾。
除了本局所轄省道外，整合高速公路、快速公路、市區道路(陸續)的資訊看板、路況攝影機等，為最完整交通資訊平台。
國道替代路徑資訊、地圖顯示與語音播報，協助駕駛人適時選擇行駛替代道路，並做必要的導引，降低迷路的可能。
除了路況外，更提供單鍵撥打用路人服務中心電話通報反映大小事。

省道即時交通資料蒐集及應用聲明：
1.若您於本App安裝時允許取用您的位置，本App於您使用期間將蒐集您的行動裝置目前所在座標位置，用以運算省道旅行時間等交通資訊，您可透過手機設定來變更相關功能。
2.若您於本App安裝時允許傳送通知給您，您將可收到本App推送之即時省道重大路況訊息，您亦可透過手機設定來變更相關功能。
使用小提醒：
本APP於即時路況查詢時會持續使用GPS定位服務，相較於其他功能可能會消耗更多的手機電量與網路流量，請使用者請注意傳輸流量與電池續航力。
