5 ★Nice app. Integrated with many feature. But can not change list of customer ID. Whereas only just 4 list can be added to app. I Hope. The app can save Customer ID more than 4. Because i have 20 even more to do a payment every month. May be next time can upgrade app much better, so i can change or add my list of Customer ID

1 ★Worthless App. The app can't select location like city, district etc. When I tried to select location the app will load for long time and unable to display which location to pick. Then, how do I report my problem if I can't select the location? Location can't be selected on app since 31 Mar 21
1 ★It's not working properly, after login successfully, insert phone numbers and pictures, klik save, error message: your email has been used Please use forget password menu. I follow the instructions twice. But still not working. Make sure your apps bugs free before you launch to public.
4 ★Good application..but i can't see the history of used meter like older version have..and if we want to see that we have to photo the id card and selfie with that..very troublesome..its great if it can show like the older version.. so we can know our usage and the graphic..

4 ★As expected from goverment app, what a joke. I was trying to add payment method, but the page showing only error code (too bad i cant send screenshot of it) Edit: They called me personally to solve the problem, im impressed how fast their responses to my complain are.
5 ★loved it! for more improvement, pls cooperate with more banks (especially sharia banks) and add additional method of payment so then it can enhance the apps to the limit for the customer.
