2 ★Had the same issue with logging in. I knew it wasnt working right when the login page didnt look like an "app," but instead it looked like a desktop page. ** For everyone having trouble with logging in, I tried updating it and it didn't work. What worked for me was uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Hope this helps!
1 ★Two step verifications are completely useless and lock you out of the app. Please stop doing this. I've hit "remember device" every time and yet I still get these worthless verifications. The app is unstable, crashes, and locks you out far too often for an app that must be used to pay for my child's meals. Update: The app now makes you get an email for a verification code. When you open the email to get the code, the pathetically designed app restarts, invalidating the code. Garbage app.
3 ★This app is nice for checking my daughter's lunch balance on the go. The only issue I have ever had is loading funds. It's never really showed on my screen properly but I could get it to work in a pinch if needed. However for the last few months this feature has been completely broke. makes me sad. Hopefully they will fix it someday.
1 ★This worked well for awhile but since the last update I can't even login. The message says my session expired whenever I put in my password. I uninstalled/reinstalled the app, changed my password and have tried from multiple devices to login and the same error message appears. This app could be helpful but now my daughter's account is overdrawn at school and I can't login to pay it.
2 ★Issues: 1. I need to enter a one time password every time I log in (even though I've indicated my phone as a trusted device) 2. The credit card I had on file with MSB for auto payment was declined because I hadn't correctly paid my credit card. Once my credit card was running again, MSB wouldn't let me use the credit card to pay the MSB bill - it kept giving me a warning message that the credit card had been recently declined. I had to pretend to edit the card details for MSB to trying it again.
3 ★It's convenient for a price. On the pay screen all the options have disappeared so you just randomly tap in a blank window until you find what you're looking for. Lots of ppl use this app so you would think that the developer would invest some time in their product to ensure that it's working.
2 ★Basic functionality only. Gets the job done, but is about a decade behind in expected functionality. No dashboarding, payment history view is limited to 30 days (really? kids are in school for multiple years), no way to generate reports, per transaction fees too high, no ability to transfer funds between students (for those of us with more than one kid in the same school at the same time), UI fields are not sized properly, store feature is relatively useless consuming prime real estate.
3 ★Easy to use and super convenient. I like that you can track what the kids are buying. However, the fee for adding funds is too much! What about those that live week to week? If you can only afford to add $ every few days or even weekly, you end up paying a fee worth almost 2 lunches! Only worth it if you are able to add a significant amount of money over a longer period of time. Also, would be great if we could sent messages to the cafeteria staff regarding restrictions and such.
1 ★This was a great app however like a lot of other things, the quality is significantly reduced. I log on multiple times and each time the app crashes. This could be due in part to my phone (the new Samsung galaxy because the quality of that has diminished as well) but overall this app is terrible. If I didn't need it to pay for my kids school fees I would be done with it.
1 ★I used to like it. Was fast and easy.. now I can't even log in. Keeps taking me to log in page each time. Getting annoying especially for me to keep up with what the balance is vs waiting on low balance email. Not a big fan of the transfer fees but that is what it is. Would just like the app to work again
1 ★Can't add funds. Can't view what my children purchased. Have to go to website for these critical features. Company charges too steep a transaction fee if you choose to add funds online (or thru app, if it worked). App is useless. Save space... don't install. I'll reinstall in a year if the app gets fixed and does something besides show the balance.
1 ★This app just wasn't for me. It causes too much confusion. The app needs work. It doesn't always show the correct dates, it's not an instant transaction when you load money. I believe The message center is glitchy as well as the home page. I'm almost certain we're being charged for items we shouldn't be. I'm not sure if it's the school, the app or my child. I'd rather send money to school weekly and not be charged a fee.
