Defenx SOS is an application that uses the sensors in your device to send notifications to custom recipients. The application detects changes using the accelerometer to launch a custom alarm sound together with the notifications. The notifications system sends a series of messages to specific contacts of your choice, where the notification can be a phone call, SMS or email.The SMS and email include information such as date, time, GPS coordinates and a link to Google maps showing the position where the alarm was triggered. Every event is then registered and can be accessed anytime through the history page.
The application also supports Bluetooth devices, which can be used as a panic button to trigger the alarm and send the notifications.
