5 ★Yeah it helps though sometimes it takes time to pick u the exact location when the vehicle is moving or changes the location
4 ★The email service line was helpful and was able to get my vehicle details correct so I am changing my rating from 1 star. (The call center could not find my vehicle after I called in 3 separate times - they were not helpful at all) It would be nice to create vehicle reports on the app over a month period instead of being limited in days.
5 ★It's the best quality of service, I have ever enjoyed. It's one of its on calibre. I am enjoying the App. I am always feeling a sense of comfort and safety against all odds. It's convenient & delightful.
1 ★I am trying to download its telling me password dnt match this is so unacceptable yesterday they installed a tracker on the car now my bck right light its not working & my front park lights also not working i am so disappointed even thinking of cancelling this tracker

1 ★Pathetic! The app shows the wrong location of the car. I have to call every time to have it rebooted. Even when you call cartrack, they give the wrong location then they tell you to wait 30 minutes to check again. Sometimes the fleet dept are not available to reboot it. I'm tired of calling and wasting airtime. The app serves no purpose.
3 ★Very user friendly! But it Freezes which makes it not give the actual live location of a car...
2 ★The Car Watch option takes forever to switch on. Even after 30 min I still can't switch it on it tells me my engine needs to be off but for 30 min it was off. They just need to work on the activation of the Car Watch to work immediately after you lock your car
4 ★Everything works wonderful, except sometimes it seems to have a problem with signal to indicate that the ignition is off before one is able to activate Car Watch. This is especially in undercover parking areas and the garage. There also seem to be a problem around geofencing. Would appreciate if someone can contact us to get this sorted.
3 ★All the time i switch the engine, the app shows the car is still in motion and kilometres away from the final destination. This doesn't give me the accurate position of the car .
1 ★The tracking app is so bad, It shows the wrong location of your vehicle and I kept reporting this matter but there's no solution to it. I once got hijacked but this app never helped and the police officer that I used her phone to log in to this app said I need to change this tracking company because it's not helpful. Bad service
3 ★I just started using this App, but already it has started giving me problems. Just recently it showed me that my engine was on even though I had switched off the engine 20 minutes. Otherwise the other things are okay
