Description
This app is for requesting transport from AU AirCare and is intended for use by Hospitals, EMS, Fire, Police and Communication Centers. The app instantly alerts the Augusta University Operations Center with request details including the accurate location of the request and sends that information directly into the computer aided dispatch system. The Operations Center will verify weather/availability and launch the helicopter while calling the requestor back to provide updates. The app allows the user to track the movement of the helicopter while en route to any location as well as chat with the Operations Center for instant updates. Once downloaded, the app requires registration and approval to request a medical helicopter in Georgia and South Carolina.AU AirCare provides rapid, high quality, critical care transport of Adult, Pediatric and Neonatal patient within the CSRA.
