2 ★Never been able to send money.we always get the message as, Dear, your transaction cannot be processed. This service does not support transactions to sender's own account.. Please edit the beneficiary by providing correct details and try the transaction again. We edited the beneficiary details and tried number of times. Not fruitful. Complaints lodged in whatsapp also. Issue is pending.
1 ★Getting worse. The old app was awesome. Alot of features are removed, the most important feature was the transaction receipt with a pdf file, which is always a good proof for the sender and receiver. This need to be added.

1 ★Poor service! The app doesn't work unless i restart my phone. I have already emailed this concern to their customer service but I only received an acknowledgement response but nothing was done. I waited for at least a month from the time I emailed to give them time to act on my complaint, but still nothing. It is a great hassle to keep on restarting my phone just to be able to log in. Unless something positive happens, I will not remove my comment in here.

1 ★Very dissapointed with this app. Having a hard time to send money internationally since February but before that, it was working. Everytime i try to send money it keeps saying "your transaction cannot be processed, moneygram has rejected this transaction". Recently, i tried to send twice with another account and the receiver could not collect the money as they were told the money was returned back to Qatar. I called customer service and they could not give me the reason why it was returned.
1 ★I have downloaded the app, registered and send money to my mobile pocket, but now the app just doesn't want to open. It just hangs at the start up screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled, even installed it on different devices. It is simply not working and now my money is stuck.
