Questions & Answers

Q: What is an APK File?

A: Just like Windows (PC) systems use an .exe file for installing software, Android does the same. An APK file is the file format used for installing software on the Android operating system.

Q: If I install an APK from this website, will I be able to update the app from the Play Store?

A: Yes, absolutely. The Play Store installs APKs it downloads from Google's servers, and sideloading from a site like ApkClean.net goes through a very similar process, except you're the one performing the downloading and initiating the installation (sideloading).
As soon as the Play Store finds a version of the app newer than the one you've sideloaded, it will commence an update.

Q: Why ApkClean.net can guarantee APK 100% safe?

A: Whenever someone wants to download an APK file from ApkClean.net, we'll check the corresponding APK file on Google Play and allow user download it directly (of course, we'll cache it on our server). If the APK file does not exist on Google Play, we'll search it in our cache.

Q: What are Android App permissions?

A: Apps require access to certain systems within your device. When you install an application, you are notified of all of the permissions required to run that application.

5 ★I like the new app. Unlike the old app it actually remembers me, so I don't have to log in each time I use it. I also think it's more intuitive to use compared to the old one.
1 ★The old app was able to show delays of regional rail. Regional rail delays can be quite long. I now have no way of knowing about them ahead of time. The delays appear to be completely hidden. I understand delays, just not your inability to inform passengers about them. Also, it fails to show trains that are delayed as still being available. This tells me it does not take delays into account at all. Why the complete removal of a very useful feature? (WTR line today) ticker reported delay
5 ★Huge improvement over their old app. The "nearby" feature is just what was needed.
3 ★Nearly every time I open the app the schedules can't be loaded. Force closing it and restarting usually fixes it.
1 ★Now that the app opens on Pixel android devices, I've had to use it daily. It remains a downgrade compared to the previous SEPTA app. No in-app realtime map. Once you figure out how to save or favorite your daily commute you need to do so for any and all trains and buses separately. The times displayed are predicted arrival, not the scheduled times, so if you're standing in a transit center good luck figuring out that the 8:45 train is listed as 8:50 on the app. CapTech 😢
2 ★The recent update downgraded the user experience. Before, you could see the scheduled arrival times as well as the expected (i.e. how late the train is). Now it only displays the expected arrival time, which makes it more difficult to plan in advance because the train may end up arriving sooner than listed. Also, you can only see arrival times when connected to the internet, which means you don't have any information unless you connect to the internet or look up the specific train schedule.
1 ★Can't even create an account, it won't open the keyboard on it.
2 ★I am unable to log into my account; I press "User Name" or "Password" and zip. Nada. Bupkis.
1 ★Doesn't let you type in your login at all, so I can't update my SEPTA key. Which defeats the whole purpose of having an app in the first place. FIX THIS!
1 ★I cant even use the app because the second I try the app stops working, I cant look up schedules, save routes, or even look at the different lines without the app crashing.
