1 ★ESPN Bet is the worst sportsbook I have ever used. I have been trying to make a withdrawal for almost a month now. I am stuck in a verification process, and customer service seems unwilling to help me. I really would like to get my money back so I can move on from this app. I have never had this much of a problem with any other sportsbook. ESPN Bet I have sent an email to support and would like a resolution to this issue. Holding my money like this in infuriating and my patience is running thin.
1 ★Per the companies response, I already have. Read the review again. First, I couldn't deposit money because it auto populated my OLD address off my license, which doesn't match any of my accounts for billing. Therefor, my bank and credit cards keep rejecting it. I've waited a week for a response to get it fixed and nothing. Now, I can't even open the app due to some error. What a joke!!
1 ★The worst customer service ever. The worst first impression of any app that requires so much verification. Then after all that, good luck getting proper promotions applied to your account. You try to sign up for $250 and they make it impossible or generate errors so all you get is $200. Then you'll wait forever for live help only to learn after explaining it clearly several times that essentially they'll be "apologetic" and completely unhelpful simultaneously.
1 ★What kind of app will not let you update your address, if by chance your license address is no longer current? Really? Sent the utility bill, and sent official state address form. Still not updated. Would be a great app if they would fix those issues as I'm sure I'm not the only person who can't place a bet due to address. The agent told me to try PayPal or a banking deposit. My address is current on both so that's not the way to solve a problem; tell customers what you think they want to hear!
5 ★Better options than fanduel. Awesome promo for the weekend to gain interest. Still like fanduel because they also have different options I like as well. I like this one better where it will just make you choose a different selection rather than fanduel not increasing the odds when you make selections that tie into each other. Love the app ESPN, good job. Restrictions are better if you have a gambling addiction. Limit money, bets, time on app, ect.
1 ★Update: They make is impossible for you to withdraw money even after depositing multiple times. My wife and I are both having issues with it and have contacted support multiple times. They keep saying it's our bank and our bank says there is no issue. They take your money without any problem but when you win they don't want you getting the money. Super pissed..
1 ★The sports betting is ok, but not as many options as other sportsbooks. Playing the casino is like pulling teeth. They are extremely tight slots and it's not even fun like it's supposed to be. I lost a lot of money and the bonus spin are .20. You'd be lucky to win $10-15 total. They're withdrawal is fast and easy but if you have a problem, the customer service is the worst I've seen. An hour for live chat, just to see it countdown to me and end chat without speaking to anyone. Email no reply.

Contact customer service, and they said something about barstool sportbook betting account. I have no idea what that means I am clueless. WOW....save your money!!!
1 ★It's impossible to place a live bet because the odds change way to fast and there is no auto accpet for changes to help. Also, the app jus will randomly say something like "Can't calculate the bet." for no reason. You can make a 10+ TD parlay for every Sunday game, but it 'can't calculate' a same game parlay for whatever reason. There are much better, more fluid betting apps.
1 ★All other apps pay out 30 minutes or less. Waiting over 24 hours now just for a review of a withdrawal. Should be simple, the system tracked the ticket the whole time and credited the account on win, but they don't want to pay the actual funds. Will need a big promo or an amazing offer for me to use this app again.
