4 ★Vast improvement over the old system. Just a few suggestions. 1) When driving from the restaurant to the customer and an order gets sent to the phone, make it ping maybe once or twice instead of constant. I'm driving, and I'll check my phone when I get there. 2) not have that same new order overlay over my current, unless I missed how to do it in my frustration, it will just make me want to decline it to get it out o f my way so i can finish my current order.

1 ★Its way too basic No way to determine where the order is going or what its paying prior to accepting orders. Which means if we accept an order then determine it is going go cost us money to run it we have to take the time to ask to be unassigned. Which causes delays all the way around. With other deliver apps I can see all the info( including the tip amount & distance) That saves everyone time & money. The dispatching needs to be automated or done locally HOPE they fix these issues!

3 ★I have an Android (Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra. When I'm logged on I don't have an option to see how many orders are in Que. And the In and Out status is sketchy. Definitely needs updates and bug fixes. And yes, the driver app is up to date.

2 ★It's better than the web site. However, every shift I get what dispatch calls a 'glitch'. When I get a new order, it first displays an order from a previous day that I have to decline in order to see the 'new' order. Also, I wish we could see the # of orders in the queue.

1 ★Painfully apparent that the developers do not use this app, it's truly awful lmao. This horrendous pinging noise is arguably the WORST part of this as It's controlled by media volume and NOT notification volumes, so if you're listening to music/podcasts, prepare to be jump scared every time it goes off on your car speakers (RIP headphone users) What kind of punishment is this? lmao. It's a shame I'm limited to only 500 characters, I can write a novel. Wish I could rate this negative stars/5

1 ★There is no way to sign up for a new account, and it says unauthorized sign in when trying to sign in through Facebook or google.

1 ★Constantly crashes, can't update, does work with older devices, different functions in the app don't work

4 ★First day using.I agree the app is basic. For me that's a plus. It would be nice to have GPS tracking.
