Tip: The Notes, Part Numbers and Service Records are accessed through the Navigation Drawer Menu. Tap the menu icon in the upper left or swipe the left edge of your screen to the right.
Note: Make sure to grant or allow Auto Inspection to have access to your storage with whatever security protocols you have in place also make sure whatever cleaners you have don't delete the files.
Transferring Auto Inspection to a new phone or device. All that you need to do is find the directory where the folders “AIfile” and “AIKey” are stored and copy these to the same location on your new device. These folders are by default stored in the root of your internal SD Card. Older devices they will be located on your removable SD Card, if this is the case simply move your SD Card to your new device and download and open “run” Auto Inspection, now just find where AI automatically installed the new folders and do a copy and replace with the files on your SD Card from your old device. In most cases your service provider will transfer the contents of your old phone to your new one for you if this is the case you should not have to do anything just download AI and test to make sure your vehicles are there.
