Description
"Virtual Road Signs" app, developed by PetrSU, assists travelers in Karelia. Republic of Karelia is quite large and has relatively low density of population. As a result, many roads are “for locals”, i.e. have few road signs and direction guides. Nevertheless, many such roads lead to very interesting destinations and the app helps tourists to navigate on such local roads.This application is a part of grant KA322 of Karelia ENPI CBC programme, which is co-funded by the European Union, the Russian Federation and the Republic of Finland.
