Meter Manager is a perfect app to manage owners and his tenant’s electricity bills.App just not manages electricity bills but also the tenants. You can add tenants along with their identity and details. App works offline and hence Internet access is not required. Data remains secured within your phone only.
App has two major roles. Owner, linked with main meter and tenant, linked with sub meter.
The conventional way of noting down the reading of sub meter for tenants on a piece of paper and calculating electricity bills for your tenants using calculators has been managed by Meter Manager.
Meter Manager automatically calculates the price per unit, based on owner's electricity bill and his last two main meter readings. This calculated price per unit is applied on last two sub meter readings of tenant to calculate electricity bill for the tenant.
In this app you need to add your (owner's) main meter reading and electricity bills with proper date and time. Similarly, for tenants you must do the same for sub meter readings. Based on the inputs of your (owner's) main meter reading and electricity bill, app shall do the whole task.
Consider you entered your (owners) main meter reading to be 1000 for 1st Jan, 2015 and next month you entered 2000 for 1st Feb, 2015 with electricity bill of Rs. 5000. So, the unit difference shall be 1000 and price per unit will be Rs. 5. In a similar way you shall be recording sub meter reading for your tenants and their unit difference shall be calculated with price per unit to prepare their bills.
