3 ★Buggy sometimes

1 ★No autofill for account creation. Unintuitive interface. Rewards are limited to certain products.

1 ★App kicked me out of my account and I can't sign back in. Forgot password does nothing, no indication if I'm using the wrong password or not. Contact page is grayed out so no customer service. Next beat thing to a scam. Any money I had loaded is gone.

1 ★Something is wrong. It tries to charge $9 for an expired tuna sandwich.

1 ★American food doesn't listen to requests for food or drink and we are stuck with selectiona that no one wants. Useless to have an app for snacks we don't want.

1 ★I don't think I've ever left a review on an app before. I also don't think I've ever used an app that is worse than this one. Whoever is in charge of this app should be ashamed they released it and let people use it in this state. This week, it canceled my order and claimed my bank declined the transaction, but I can see my bank statement where it took the money out of my account - so they lied and stole money from me. I don't have enough characters to address the MANY other issues.

3 ★It's convenient when it works. However, I haven't been able to order using it for 3 weeks. I guess there's a glitch? Plus, it's annoying when all of the offerings are not listed and you can't add special requests or customize everything. For example, I eat egg whites on everything that includes eggs. It doesn't give me the choice on all egg items.

1 ★Kiosks don't work on a regular basis? The food portions have been downsized while increasing prices.

1 ★Held together by paperclips and staples, with only 5-10$ given to those who made this app. The best i can give props at is that it functions while giving you the absolute bare minimum of rewards, and not letting you preload a custom fund that you want. I'd change to 4 stars if everything here was better.
