Description
SureGifts Merchant POS App is a mobile application which allows SureGifts merchants do the following redeem and activate SureGifts voucher codes, check voucher balance and also transaction history. The App makes redemption and activation of SureGifts vouchers easier for both the merchants and customers.Each merchant is assigned a profile on the app The app is available for free download on both the Android platform and iOS platform. Unlike the traditional mobile POS, the SureGifts POS app runs on mobile data and is connected via bluetooth technology.
How it works
Redeem Voucher
SureGifts Merchants enter voucher code of customers and also phone number
They also input the value of the voucher
Merchant clicks on the Redeem Voucher button to complete
Merchant can also Scan Bar Code (coming soon)
Activate Voucher
SureGifts Merchants enter the serial number which is behind the SureGifts card and the amount on the card.
Merchant then clicks on Activate Voucher button
Check Voucher Balance
Merchant enters voucher code of customer
Clicks on check balance to verify amount left on the voucher
Transaction History
Here the history of vouchers redeemed and activated can be viewed on a weekly and monthly basis. It can also be printed out via the thermal printer attached to the phone via bluetooth.
