1 ★Nothing happens after I enter my Visa credit card info and press the button. Also, PayPal doesn't work. Bad experience. Edit: I no longer have interest on this product and on this company as they aren't reliable; they only allow this product to be purchased via app and the app is really bad. No option to do it via website. The support via app also doesn't work. I got a Spusu eSim instead. Bad company choices.
1 ★Nokia G60 not supported? A bit impertinent to state that my device does not support eSim (when it does) and then direct me to a refurb shop for used devices. What a weird ad for refurbished devices, this app is.. Upd: specifically the app doesn't support G60, but words it as if the phone isn't capable. Which it perfectly is. Maybe consider different wording, instead of smarta&sing, how 'bout that
1 ★Can't reset passwords. It says instructions to reset have been sent but actually they were never sent. I tried 7 times and also checked the spam folder. @Drei suggested to contact them through the App. It is impossible to to login so how should I be able to contact you through the app. Please think before writing. Very poor service, cannot recommend as you can also not call them. There is literally no phone number to call Up3 and the regular Drei Staff can't help either as they are two companies
1 ★The esim of cosmo communicator is not supported. The esim works without any issues with simquadrat / sipgate by just downloading the provisioning profile so clearly a problem with this app. Update: That is poor that you are not being able to offer esim profiles in an interoperable way. The Cosmo isn't B2B, it is a normal android device and capable of loading esim profiles fine (as demonstrated by simquadrat and others). But fine, happy to not use drei.at as mobile provider.
1 ★They charge from not working app without any approval!!!!! It is a fraud!!!! Do not download!!! Non-existant support, it doesn't work with Galaxy S22 and nobody is willing to help, drei store claims it's not their app, no support actually reads my message and just sends copy-pasted BS. App says my phone doesn't support eSim while it does, they have this exact phone as compatible, yet nobody is taking the time to actually figure out what the problem is, stay away unless you want to lose money
