L'app AreaDUM és un nou servei de B:SM i l'Ajuntament de Barcelona per estacionar en les àrees senyalitzades al carrer per fer la Distribució Urbana de Mercaderies (DUM). AreaDum és de descàrrega gratuïta i no té cap cost d'utilització per a l'usuari. S'ha d'utilitzar en totes les zones de Barcelona on el senyal vertical indica un codi DUM. Com funciona? Un cop has aparcat el vehicle, inicies l'estacionament, i un cop abandones la teva plaça finalitzes l'operació. Des de l'inici tens 30 minuts com a màxim per a realitzar les tasques de càrrega i descàrrega. Així de fàcil. Aquest sistema substitueix completament l'antic disc horari, que ja no és vàlid des del 2 novembre 2015.A més, i com a valor afegit l'app AreaDum et donarà alertes mitjançant un sistema d'avisos configurables abans que s'acabi el temps màxim autoritzat. Les empreses poden obrir un compte de flota des www.bcn.cat/area que els permetrà realitzar els estacionaments de tots els seus vehicles fàcilment i alhora amb l'avantatge de disposar d'un extracte mensual de totes les seves operacions accessible pel portal d'usuari. Amb la nova App AreaDUM podràs veure més en tot moment quant de temps disponible d'estacionament restant queda, i on està el vehicle. Tindràs també accés a notícies i novetats de l'Àrea i si ho necessites, tens una zona de suport tècnic que et resoldrà dubtes i t'ajudarà sobre aspectes relacionats amb l'App. de forma personalitzada.
